Transformer in Hindi

 Transformer - transformer is defined as a passive electrical device that transfers electrical energy from one circuit to another through the process of electromagnetic induction. It is most commonly used to increase ('step up') or decrease ('step down') voltage levels between circuits.



एक ट्रांसफार्मर को एक निष्क्रिय विद्युत उपकरण के रूप में परिभाषित किया गया है जो विद्युत चुम्बकीय प्रेरण की प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से विद्युत ऊर्जा को एक सर्किट से दूसरे में स्थानांतरित करता है।  यह आमतौर पर सर्किट के बीच ('स्टेप अप') या घटने ('स्टेप डाउन') वोल्टेज के स्तर को बढ़ाने के लिए उपयोग किया जाता है।

 Main Part of transformer

These include core, windings, transformer oil, conservator, breather, cooling tubes, Buchholz Relay etc 

Core - core means middle part of transformer 

Core is made of soft  iron 

Core ko mota karne ke liye patle Patle iron ko varnish ke through stick Krte hai aisa isliye karte hai ki usme eddy current produce na ho 



Ab transformer me jaha free space hoga waha extra current or eddy current ho jayega usse bachne ke liye varnish ka pest lgate hai. 

Winding - core pe winding matlab lapeta jata hai and winding two stage me hoti hai inke bich me insulation lga hota hai paper type ka wo primary and secondary winding ko alag karta hai 



Transformer oil - transformer me me khali jagah ko fill karne ke liye oil ka use karte hai jishe Nepth oil kahte hai 



Conservator tank - jb transformer more heat ho jata hai to double tank ka use karte hai 

Ye transformer ke main tank ke uper lga hota hai isse expansion tank bhi kahte hai ye bahut useful hota hai transformer ke liye ye na ho to transform blast ho sakta hai jb transformer Heat hota hai or. Overheat ho jata hai isme Heat produce hota hai jisse oil boil hoker uper ki taraf jata hai jisse blast ho sakta hai isliye conservator tank ka use karte hai ,oil Heat hone ke bad conservator tank me jata hai isliye conservator tank ko Adhha bhara jata hai jisse ki wo oil ko maintain ker ske 


Conservator tank ko adhha isliye bhara jata hai ki agar overheat ho ya maintainance na home per transformer me oil kam hone per conservator tank balance ker le. 

Breather - breather conservator tank ke side me placed hota hai isme silica jel hota hai jo air transformer me inter karti hai usme se moisture ko absorb kerta hai, isme niche ki taraf oil hota hai jo Air me dust particles ko absorb kerta hai, jisse pure Air hi transformer me jaye

Silica jel ka color blue hota hai. 



Cooling tubes - transformer ke side me place hota hai jise cooling tube or radiator kahte hai, isme small size ke bahut sare tubes hote hai jinka connection upper se kiya jata hai jisme se oil dhime dhime niche girte hai, ye parallel plates ki Tarah hote hai jisse ki plato ke bich me se air ja sake jisse oil ko cool kiya ja sakta hai or fir ye transformer me chala jata hai or fir se uper se ata hai or cool hota hai or fir transformer me chala jata hai, ye process chalta rahta hai, cooling ke liye isme fan ka bhi use tarte hai. 



Buchholz relay - buchholz relay ka use overheat hone per blast na ho isliye buchholz relay lgaya jata hai, iske ander ek switch lga hota hai or isme mercury bhara hota hai, ye bina electricity ke chalta hai, overheat hone per mercury uper ki taraf jata hai or switch dab jata hai or Power supply off ho jati hai, isme ek alarm bhi hota hai to overheat hone per alarm ko activate kerta hai or jyada time hone per pawer supply cut Ho jata hai. 



Explosion vent or valve - agar kisi wajah se conservator tank full ho jaye or relay oprate na paye tb explosion valve open ho jayega or oil transformer se bahar nikal jayega jisse bahut jyada loss nhi ho hoga.
